Motivation of the week: Khloe Kardashian

Speculations about the Kardashians are constantly broadcasted all over social media and blog sites regarding the use of plastic surgery and how fake their bodies are. With the amount of rumours created, the youngest daughter of Rob Kardashian regularly shuts down these speculations as she continues to promote the advantages of working out and living a healthy life.

It has become evident that Khloe Kardashian has changed her image from being recognised as the ‘bigger’ sister to one of the inspiring Kardashians. Over the years we have witnessed the struggles Khloe has experienced on Keeping Up With The Kardashians regarding her image, constant comparisons between her and her sisters, and personal struggles. No matter what issues she is faced with, Khloe has always remained to view things in a positive manner preventing others opinions and comments from getting to her personally. Watching the ways in which she deals with these comments has inspired me when dealing with my own issues.

Khloe has struggled with many insecurities but was able to find a way in dealing with it. I have found that going to the gym has enabled the reality star to work on herself physically and mentally as she continues to broadcast her journey on her personally website. Yes I have subscribed to her website and am not ashamed of it! She regularly posts videos of herself working out, ways in which she deals with stress and negativity.  I have never seen someone so motivated in going to the gym as Khloe but evidently she has indeed found her own personal way in releasing stress and enjoys it doing so.

Khloe Kardashian has always been my favourite Kardashian since I first became aware of the KUWTK reality tv show. This was around the time she first met Lamar Odom. Ever since then I was intrigued by her ‘no fucks given’ attitude and the way in which she remains true to herself. For this reason, Khloe has taught me the importance of taking care of your body, loving yourself without living by other peoples expectations, doing what ever pleases YOU and not others but most importantly remaining true to yourself no matter what obstacles you are facing.

Here are some quotes by Khloe Kardashian which I personally live by:

“I’m proud of my body. I’m finally in a good place and learning to love me for me, and not somebody else’s standards”

“The best revenge is a good body”

“I would rather laugh than cry”

“Do whatever your heart desires, follow your heart”
